NMR Recipient of Composer Assistance Program – Recording Grant

NMR is part of a winning grant to record the chamber music of D. J. Sparr for Centaur Records. The Composer Assistance Program – Recording (CAP-Recording) grant supports first recordings of new music by living American composers. New Music USA, formerly Meet the Composer and the American Music Center, administers the CAP- Recording program and has announced awards totaling $83,000 for 15 winners featuring new works from 20 composers on 11 different labels.
